The proposal for the reconstruction of the cultural center is based on the contrast between a fully transparent ground floor and a dynamic yet calm upper volume. The glazed base opens toward the public space, establishing a strong connection with its surroundings. Above, the building is wrapped in a flowing, wave-like façade made of white, subtly reflective ceramic cladding that evokes the softness of fabric. This elegant and lightweight skin adds a sense of movement and refinement. A large green square in front of the building creates a powerful entry sequence, emphasizing the civic and public nature of the project.
