This proposal for the reconstruction and modernization of the former Na-Ma commercial building in central Podgorica focuses on a refined facade redesign and spatial enhancement. The new double skin facade is conceived as a lattice-like metal structure, allowing filtered natural light and partial transparency within the interior. Rectangular and triangular cutouts further animate the surface, selectively framing views and reinforcing the connection between the indoor spaces and the surrounding urban context. The interplay of functionality and abstract geometry gives the building a renewed identity while preserving its urban significance.
